From our COM member (PUJ 1/4)
Dear all,
Today one gen2 stop infront of my house. There were 3 people inside that car, one is enter my house and another one enter my neighbours house... but nobody in my neighbours house because they all semua pergi kerja. One more is waiting inside a car. Without bringing any document / brochure, he getting into my house (open a gate and terus meluru masuk knock the door) and offering a free gift to my wife. He order my wife to go out. My wife already told that she does not want a free gift but that man try to push my wife... im not at home that time..We suspected that man tried to melakukan jenayah or menipu.. So we have call police and not long afterwards police came with 2 cars. But they ran away before police reach. So be careful with this gen2 grey color and offering a free gift.
Without asking, they open a gate and enter our house, so please lock your gate.

Updated : Construction of Traffic Light

6 April 2009, one month after the approval was given to the proposed Traffic Light to Kuala Lumpur in front of BOMBA Building at Bukit Jalil Highway.
Information from Tuan Haji Abdul Hamid bin Surip, Deputy Director of Jabatan Pengangkutan Bandar DBKL that all the preliminary works has been completed, such as the layout plan has been approved and a contractor for the civil work appointed.
The civil work and appointment of a contractor is under the responsibility of Jabatan Kerja Awam DBKL. According to him Jabatan Pengangkutan Bandar DBKL is all ready to install the traffic lights as soon as Jabatan Kerja Awam DBKL hand over a ready-to-install site. The delay of about 2 weeks are due to the failure of the contractor appointed by the Jabatan Kerja Awam DBKL to commence and complete the civil work.
Nevertheless Tuan Haji Abdul Hamid bin Surip will his best to get things done as soon as possible, and he will have a discussion with Jabatan Kerja Awam DBKL,
In the meantime Puncak Jalil residents will be patient, as the dream traffic light will materialise very soon.

Proposed One-Way Ramp (Flyover) to Kuala Lumpur in front of SIRIM Building at Bukit Jalil Highway
As an alternative to the Traffic Light that is being built by DBKL now and the final solution to our problem on the exit to Kuala Lumpur, I was informed by Mr. Tan Bak Hai, Senior Vice President of Maxisegar/Talam Corporation Bhd at our meeting on April 1, 2009 that they are in the midst of designing a One-Way Ramp (Flyover) to Kuala Lumpur to be built in front of SIRIM Building at Bukit Jalil Highway. The One-Way Ramp (Flyover) will be built by Maxisegar/Talam Corporation Bhd with their own money as to fulfill the promise made by them to provide an exit to Kuala Lumpur from Taman Puncak Jalil.

Proposed Balai Polis Komuniti at Taman Puncak Jalil
Community Policing Meeting, Series 02/09 , was held on February 24, 2009 at Balai Polis Seri Kembangan. Being one of the Committee Member, I attended the meeting as a representative of our Persatuan. Community Policing is a committee set up by The Police Department at all Balai Polis in the country. Our Community Policing Committee Members are made of the Community Leaders from all Taman Perumahans under the care of Balai Polis Seri Kembangan. In the meeting, Chief Inspector Mohd Kahiruddin Bin Mohd Noor as the meeting chairman informed us that our request to have a Balai Polis Komuniti in Taman Puncak Jalil has been approved. The Balai Polis Komuniti will operate from Bilik Gerakan UMNO at Jalan Persiaran Puncak Jalil 2, opposite of Petronas. The Bilik Gerakan UMNO was chosen because The Police Department has no budget to pay for any building rental and the location is strategic and convenient to all resident. Renovation work will commence soon.
